Who We Are

Two brothers running four active land developments in Central Texas
Small, lean operation — no corporate bureaucracy, no layers
Down to earth — we admit when we don't know something
We expect good work and know what it looks like, but we're not high-maintenance
We treat people the way we'd want to be treated

Development Coordinator — Part-Time to Start

What the Job Is

  • Calls, follow-ups, forms, and applications
  • Navigating county and municipal offices
  • Tracking platting and permitting timelines
  • Coordinating with surveyors, engineers, and vendors
  • Keeping things moving when they stall

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in some corner of Texas land: surveying firm, engineering firm, planning department, real estate office, small developer — any of these work
  • Organized, proactive, comfortable figuring things out independently
  • Excel proficiency required
  • Reliable vehicle for occasional site visits
  • No specific degree required — follow-through matters more

What This Can Become

  • Full-time within a year to a year and a half
  • Long-term: VP-level role overseeing multiple developments
  • We're actively scaling — we need someone to grow with us

Maybe you have gaps between projects and want consistent work. Maybe you recently retired and want to stay active. Maybe you just want something more interesting than what you're doing now.
