What We're Looking For

  • Road contractors — caliche, gravel, access road construction and maintenance
  • Land clearing crews — cedar, brush, selective clearing
  • Survey crews — boundary and subdivision plat work, Central and South Texas
  • Fencing contractors — perimeter and entry fencing

What Working With Us Is Like

  • Our dad was a contractor — we grew up watching what difficult clients do to people. We're not those clients.
  • We're low maintenance — we come with ideas but you're the expert
  • We want your input and your honest opinion
  • We admit when we don't know something
  • We expect quality work and we know what it looks like — but we're not divas about it
  • We don't micromanage and we're not so exacting that nothing is ever good enough
  • We pay on time
  • We don't expand scope and expect you to eat it
  • We don't call on weekends unless you do
  • We hire locals and we like to keep working with the same people

We're not the highest bidder. But we're consistent, easy to work with, and we keep coming back. For the right contractors, that's worth something.
